Terms of Use & Subscription

These terms govern your use of the ShedBase app, operated by Silent Services Pty Ltd. By using ShedBase you agree to them.
Free and paid features
ShedBase is free to use for managing your inventory on a single device — locations, items, photos, manuals, loans, reminders, search, labels and reports. Cloud Sync, which keeps your inventory backed up and in sync across multiple devices, is a paid subscription.
Subscription plans
- Monthly — auto-renewing, billed each month.
- Yearly — auto-renewing, billed each year.
Current prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Billing and auto-renewal
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account. They renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends.
Managing and cancelling
You manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings — Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep sync access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue store refunds directly; please contact the relevant store.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, and where required your store will ask you to confirm before a new price takes effect.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you store in ShedBase and for keeping your sync key safe — anyone with your sync key can access your synced data. Cloud Sync is a convenience and backup aid, not a guaranteed archival service; keep your own records of anything critical.

ShedBase helps you record items and estimated values for your own reference. It is not a substitute for a professional valuation or insurance assessment, and we make no representation that recorded values are accurate for insurance or other purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss of data or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
